Beyond the Veil
there are two little girls running through fields
collecting meadow flowers,
Beauty surrounds them as laughter and chatter resound,
the two of them the closest of friends.
cared for by angels, held by Jesus, loved by family,

My tears formed a puddle on my pillow last night as I lay my head down, the 4th in full swing for you and just starting for me. Knowing your ache and your emptiness. Sharing your pain. So glad for you that you got to know your babe is a girl, you got to name her and in that name she lives.
Today, I fight back tears. Can't release them because I sit here sharing in your words with a room full of kids. Cousins. The ache knowing one is missing. What a comfort to know your girls have each other. Bittersweet. I admire your ability to share your girls with us, I'm always touched. Thank you. And I smile, to read your quote. A Holy Experience is a shared blessing of ours. Her words soothe and encourage as they point to this life beyond the here and now.
